Play, For All!

Children spend about 80% of their waking hours outside of school each year. Explorium provides opportunities for high-quality learning experiences for children during their out of school time. These experiences help children be successful in school and in life, by developing critical skills before they need them in school and also by giving them realistic opportunities to apply what they are learning in school.

The “Play! For All” program offers free family memberships to low income families or families receiving services from partner agencies. The sponsored yearly memberships remove the financial barrier and offers an opportunity for families to have a safe place to engage and create together. We have partnered with 2 local non-profit organizations to provide families who cannot afford to pay admission FREE access to the museum. These community agencies that serve low-income families enroll their client’s family to come learn through play at no cost as long as the family remains an agency client. Donate today and help expand our Museum for All program to 3 more agencies! Current partner Agencies are:  Early Childhood Interventions and Denton Christian Preschool.
