Join us for the 6th Annual Coffee Crawl 12/14/24 from 8:30 to 11:30 A.M. benefiting Explorium! We have several confirmed coffee shops participating this year. Visit all shops and then redeem your passport for a commemorative mug! This event takes place all over town.
We encourage children to participate by providing a non-caffeinated drink option and pastries provided by each shop. Additionally, a quick kiddo friendly activity will be available at few of the stops. There might event be Latte flavored ice cream to taste! Ice cream for breakfast? Let's do it!

What’s a Coffee Crawl?
Essentially, it’s a purposeful tour of local coffee shops, one at a time, within a given geographical location, that includes sampling and any entertainment or shenanigans the organizer may insert.
Why You’re Crawling!
This event is a fundraiser for Explorium – Denton Children’s Museum. With the cooperation of each of these local shops, you’re helping keep our programs alive in Denton’s newest family experience.
What to Expect…
Each coffee shop on this passport will offer you a special drink or treat for this event. You are welcome to purchase additional items while you are there if you’d like! While in line, one of our volunteers will stamp your passport indicating you’ve made that stop. If you go to all seven shops on the passport, you will receive a special commemorative mug! Your visit must take place between 8 am and 11 am.
How to Get the Most Out of Your Crawl:
• Dress for the weather, and leave your pets at home.
• Plan to park and walk to the “Downtown” shops all at once. Carpool if you can!
• Shop while you sip. These shops and other nearby retailers have great holiday gifts!
• Post on social media and tag us @ExploriumDenton. Use #dentoncoffeecrawl.

With support from local coffee shops, and our community participation, this fundraiser helps keep the
doors open to North Texas Only Children’s Museum. We need YOU to come alongside our efforts to
provide a low cost, educational play museum for families. Each year, this unique fundraiser brings in an
average of $5000 that is used for our museum programs and services!
Marketing Perks:
Advertising will include social media ads, our website, our newsletter that goes to about
2,0000 community members. While the crawl is a fundraiser for the Explorium, we hope that these
partnerships will bring much deserved exposure and growth of new customers to your shop. This Coffee
Crawl is a great way to promote your products!
We need 1-2 persons at each local coffee shops over three shifts (7:45-9:15 A.M., 9:00-10:30 & 10:15-12:00 P.M.) to visit with participants and punch passports. Sign yourself and a friend up and work together! A good time is sure to be had supporting local! All Volunteers will receive a free "Passport". Link will be sent to our subscribed volunteers.
