Ticketing Donation Program
Thank you for your interest in the Explorium Denton .
We are a nonprofit organization which is certified tax-exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the United States Internal Revenue Service code (EIN: 45-5378307).
However, Explorium Denton supports other local nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization annually by donating tickets to assist with fundraising efforts. Due to the volume of requests received, organizations must meet the program guidelines to be considered. All requests are evaluated on an individual basis.
Projects of all nonprofit organizations are considered for a contribution without regard to race, gender, disability, religion, ethnicity, age, or sexual orientation.
TICKET DONATION PROGRAM GUIDELINES
Explorium Denton cannot accept donation requests via email, fax, or telephone. You must submit a request using the link below.
Requests for donations should be submitted through he link least 3 weeks prior to the event date.
If we are able to provide tickets, they will be sent via U.S. mail to the address provided or a online gift card will be sent upon request to the email submitted on the online request form.
Proof of 501(c)(3) status must be submitted with the request.
Please send your official paperwork for the event so that we have the date needed and the mailing
address to send the donation.
Explorium Denton grants donation requests for specific events such as raffles
or auctions that raise funds for a charitable cause.
Priority is given to nonprofit organizations with an early education focus.
Only one request per organization per calendar year will be considered.
Explorium Denton does not donate tickets to be used as incentives, thank-you
gifts, door prizes, for entertainment purposes, or to fundraisers that benefit an individual or individual
families.
The purpose of the event must not be contrary to the Explorium Denton mission:
