So somehow you managed to hear about our children’s museum. And you have probably looked at all the board member bios as well as our mission statement, so no need to repeat that here. And I assume you like the idea of a children’s museum in Denton,Tx
or at the very least are interested in the proposal.
So all that leaves is why?
Why Denton, why now, why this group?
I’d love to tell you that it’s a simple answer.. but it’s not. It be great to say that the children are our future and we must do all we can to give them the best start possible.
The questions are; What’s the best possible start for children and families in general? And then further still, what is the best possible start for children and families in North Texas as well as our Denton community?
From Sam Houston Elementary to the significant number of homeschoolers in our areas, Explorium Denton wants to look past the general population and focus on the local children demographic.
We would like to be a local resource to parents, students and teachers on STEM and outdoor education. This is not a small task we are partaking and we in no way believe we will change the world, just maybe influence it.
