What’s the best way to bring my belongings in? We have a push cart you can request to bring your belongings in/out.
Can I set up my own activities? Yes, you may set up your own games or activities as long as you reset our exhibits after you are all done.
If I want to move my party out to the lobby after my booking time is over, is that allowed? Yes, you can move out your stuff and continue playing until closing time. This does not apply to private events.
Does the staff host the party? No, our staff does not party host but they will assists with retrieving trash bags, hand sanitizer, etc.
Is there a kitchen? We have a kitchenette- It has a full size fridge, microwave, and sink available for you to use. We do not have an ice machine.
Do you supplies paper goods? we have a roll of paper towels available. We do not provide anything else.
How many tables are in the room? There are 6 long tables in the room that seat 4 people each. Plus a cake/food table and 2 carts for gifts.
How early can I get in to set up? You can come in 30 minutes before your booking time to set up for your party.
Some of my guest have a membership, do they count in the 15 kid count? Yes, they still count towards your 15 count.
